Overview
Built a dynamic pricing model that lets leadership test ticket pricing scenarios across different season tiers, group packages, and promotional structures. The model calculates projected revenue, margin impact, and break-even attendance for each configuration.
How It Works
- Input sheet: Unit prices per tier, capacity constraints, historical fill rates, group discount structures
- Scenario engine: Toggleable assumptions (optimistic / baseline / conservative) that cascade through the model
- Output dashboard: Revenue projections, per-match economics, and sensitivity analysis showing which pricing levers have the most impact
Key Insight
The model revealed that group sales pricing was leaving significant revenue on the table. A modest restructuring of the group discount tiers — without changing headline ticket prices — projected a 12% revenue uplift on group packages.
